Dr. Jessica Graham Executive Director
Dr. Jessica Graham has served as the Executive Director of the St. Andrew and St. Joseph Bays Estuary Program since August 2021. She brings extensive experience in non-profit leadership, aquatic ecosystem restoration, and applying science to support effective environmental management. Dr. Graham earned both her Bachelor’s Degree in Marine Biology and her Ph.D in Biological Sciences, with a focus on coral reef ecology, from the Florida Institute of Technology. Jessica moved to Bay County in 2008 where she has been blessed to live with her husband – a third generation local – and their two children and dog.
Jessica is committed to the Bay County community through her involvement in community and environmentally focused organizations and accomplishments that include:
